Ras Rani Food Llp

Ras Rani Food Llp is over in Vajdi village. Specifically, we are in Flat 201 of the Rajdip Apartment. It is quite close to Nirali Restaurant which is a popular local spot for people to eat. Being in an apartment means it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. We like it that way. The village of Vajdi is quiet compared to the main city areas. You get a bit more fresh air here. Sometimes the cows walk right past the building gate. Rajdip Apartment is a sturdy building. Our flat has enough space for our equipment and a couple of desks. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area testing things out. The stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying heavy bags. We try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors. They are nice people and we see them in the hallway often. Sometimes we share a bit of what we are making. It is a small team here. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room while we work. The view from the balcony is mostly other rooftops and some trees. It is peaceful in the mornings before the sun gets too high. We keep the windows open to catch the breeze. It is just a simple way to run a food business. No stress and no big fuss for us.
