Frezee It

Our factory is located at Plot No. 2/3 in the Atlas Industrial Area, which is out near the Maldhari Railway Circle in Kothariya. We operate under Giriraj Food Industry. It’s a noisy part of town because of all the other factories and the trains passing by nearby. We spend our days around machinery and cooling systems. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure the production lines are running like they should. The air inside the unit is usually much cooler than the dusty air outside in Kothariya. We don't have a front desk or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually have to find someone on the shop floor. Most of our workers live nearby and walk or cycle in. We deal with food products, so hygiene is something we watch closely, but we don't make a big show of it. It’s just part of the routine. The industrial area can be a bit grim during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We’ve been at this plot for a while and know the other owners around here. We share tools sometimes or help each other out with logistics. It is basic, hard work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't have time for fancy corporate talk. We just focus on getting the pallets loaded and the trucks sent out. The railway circle is always a landmark for anyone trying to find us. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running through the heat.
