Ultratech Cement

Our operations are based out in the Cuttack district of Orissa, specifically in the 754260 area. It is a pretty busy part of the state to be in, and being with Ultratech Cement keeps us on our toes. We do not have a flashy office with a big sign, just a practical site where we get the work done. The weather around Cuttack can be quite unpredictable, with the rains sometimes slowing down our transport, but we have learned to work around it over the years. We mostly focus on making sure the supply stays steady. It is a lot of talking to drivers and checking on the stock levels in the yard. The people working here are mostly locals who have lived in Orissa their whole lives. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated plans. It is more about showing up on time and making sure the bags are loaded correctly. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple trucks show up at once, but we always manage to straighten it out eventually. You will not find any corporate slogans on our walls, just calendars and maybe a few dusty folders. It is a straightforward life here. We take pride in the fact that we are helping build things across the district, even if we are just a small part of the whole process. It is just us, the cement, and the daily commute. There is always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about a delivery.
