Ambuja Cement

We are operating out of Room No 302 in the Executive Hostel. This is located in Village Rawan, under the Baloda Post Office in the Raipur district. It is a very specific location since we are right there near the plant area. It is not like a regular city office you might see in a tall building. We live and work very close to where the actual action is. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating things for the workers and the staff who stay here in the hostel. It is a practical setup for us. We have our desks and our computers, and we keep track of what is happening on the ground every day. Being in a village like Rawan means things are a bit quieter than the big city, but the work never really stops. We deal with the logistics and the people side of the business. We are not here to make big speeches or sell you something with a glossy brochure. We are just part of the daily grind in the Raipur district. The hostel room is where all the planning happens. We see a lot of the same faces every single day. It is a tight community of people who know the cement business inside out. We do not have any corporate polish here. It is just plain work. We keep the records straight and make sure everyone knows their schedule.
