Ultratech Cement Limited

Up here in Raipur, we run the Ultratech Cement Limited operations. It’s a busy part of Chhattisgarh and there is always some kind of building going on. Our place is set up to handle the demands of the local market without any fuss. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, it’s just us telling it like it is. The work involves a lot of coordination between the plant and the customers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the yard. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the cement out to the sites where it’s needed. The dust is just part of the job, and you won’t find many of us in suits. We prefer being where the action is. Raipur is a growing place, and we are glad to be a small part of that growth. We don’t make big promises, we just show up and do the work every morning. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping records straight. If you come by, you’ll find a team that knows their stuff and doesn't waste time. We’ve got a good routine going now. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. Just a bunch of locals working at the cement depot. We keep our heads down and work hard to make sure the bags go out.
