Ultratech Cement Limited

We are located out in the Hirmi Cement Works township, at D 84. It’s a bit of a drive from Raipur city, but this is where the heart of the operation is. Being inside the township means we’re surrounded by the people we work with every day. It’s a community feel, and we like it that way. We manage the Ultratech Cement side of things here in Chhattisgarh. The village of Hirmi is quiet compared to the big city, but the plant keeps us moving. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with desks and plenty of paper. We spend our time tracking shipments and making sure the inventory matches up. It’s steady work, and it’s important for all the construction happening in the region. We’ve seen the township grow over the years, and we’re glad to be a part of it. The winters are nice here, but the summers can be a real test. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. People know us as the cement folks, and we’re fine with that. There’s no need for fancy titles or corporate polish when you’re dealing with something as basic and essential as cement. We just focus on getting the job done right and keeping things organized for the next day. It's a simple life out here, and we like the routine of the morning shift starting as the sun comes up.
