Shree Krishna Brothers

Down here in Katora Talab, things stay pretty active. Our spot is near Kawaram Chowk, and you can always hear the scooters and cars passing by outside. Shree Krishna Brothers isn't a huge operation. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day work with fridges and cooling stuff. The shop is filled with old parts and tools we have gathered over the years. Some days we are buried in work, and other days it is a bit quieter, giving us time to organize the shelves. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. We have lived in this area for a long time, so we know the streets and the people. When someone brings in a machine that stopped working, we just take it apart right there on the floor to see what happened. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the power goes out in the neighborhood, and we just sit outside the shop and wait for it to come back on. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just fix things and try to keep the customers happy so they come back if something else breaks. If you are near the chowk, you will probably see our sign hanging a bit crooked over the door. That is just how we like it, nothing too polished or fake.
