M/S Ultratech Cement Limited

M/S Ultratech Cement Limited is situated in the Hirmi area, specifically inside the Ultratech Colony at House Number 351. This is over in Raipur. Living and working in the colony means we are pretty much always around the work we do. It’s a dedicated community where most people are involved with the company in some way. The environment in Hirmi is very industrial but having the colony makes it feel more like a small village. Our office at H.No. 351 is where we handle the daily paperwork and meetings. It’s a simple building, nothing too fancy, just some desks and some filing cabinets. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the work feel more personal. Raipur is a fast-growing city, but out here in Hirmi, things feel a bit more steady and predictable. We follow a pretty set routine. Morning starts with checking the reports from the night shift and then we plan out what needs to happen before sunset. There is always dust in the air because of the nature of the business, but you get used to that after a week or two. We don't spend money on expensive office furniture or big signs. We just keep the place functional so we can do our jobs. It’s a practical way to live and work. We have been here for years and the colony feels like home to most of us. It is just where we belong.
