Up here at M/S Lafarge India Pvt Ltd, we are based at the Sonadih Cement Plant. The specific spot is D41. We are located in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh, out in Po. Raseda. You have to go via Baloda Bazar to get to us. It is a bit of a drive, but that is how it is with cement plants. We spend our days out here in the industrial environment. The air is always full of activity and movement. Being at the Sonadih site means we are right where the action is. We aren't in a city office building. We are part of the plant grounds. People here work hard and focus on the day-to-day operations. It is a practical place. We deal with the logistics and the administrative side of things from this office. It gets hot in Chhattisgarh, especially during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We have our routines and our schedules that keep the place running. It is a large operation, but our little corner in D41 is where we manage our part of the work. If you are coming from Raipur, you know the route through Baloda Bazar well enough. It is just a regular day for us, making sure everything is handled properly at the plant. We don't go in for anything flashy, just the real work of the site. It is dusty and loud, but it is home for us.
