Our spot is at Plot No. 605 in Daeshan Colony, which is part of the Nandanvan area in Nagpur. It is a quiet residential-feeling neighborhood mostly. We are not in some high-rise building. It is more of a ground-level setup where we manage the local operations. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are filled with water and working. The office is just a regular room with some computers and basic chairs. We have a few neighbors who are just families living their lives, so we try not to be too loud. It is nice because it doesn't feel like a cold office block. We usually get to work by nine. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go sometimes to get away from the screens. The street isn't too wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache if someone parks a car in the wrong spot. We handle the distribution stuff from here. It is mostly just keeping track of where things are going and talking to the local transporters. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or so, and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It is a very normal way to work. Nothing too fancy or complicated about how we run things here. We just make sure the work gets done by the end of the day without making a big fuss about it.
