Our office is over in Sonari, Jamshedpur, specifically Block No 29 E in the 6th Phase of Adarsh Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, which keeps it a little quieter. We handle the local logistics and coordination for the cement business. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that don't always close right, and a computer that’s a bit slow. We spend our days talking to drivers and making sure the delivery schedules are being met. Jamshedpur is a busy place for construction, so we stay on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Most people just know us as the place where the cement orders get sorted. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat at our desks. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We just want to make sure the bags of cement get to the sites without any major issues. It’s a lot of coordinating and double-checking numbers. It’s just how we do things here in Jharkhand. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know the drill.
