You can find us at Quarter Number C/55 within the Lafarge India Private Limited grounds. This is at the Sonadih Cement Plant. Our mail comes through Post Raseda, which is via Baloda Bazar in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address. Being at C/55 means we are close to the heart of how the plant runs. It’s a noisy, busy place, but that’s how we like it. We focus on the everyday tasks that keep the company moving forward. There is nothing fancy about our office; it’s just a functional space where we drink our tea and get through the logs. The area around Baloda Bazar is pretty familiar to us now. We’ve seen the seasons change here many times. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we have our routines. We don't use a lot of big words or have meetings that last all day for no reason. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or sent out and we do it. It’s a very grounded way to work. Most of us have families living in the same area. It’s a community of workers. If you’re coming from Raipur, it’s a bit of a drive, but it’s a direct enough route once you know the way through Raseda. We keep it real here and stay busy without any extra fuss.
