If you’re looking for us, you have to head out towards Gram-Pandeypur in the Handia area. It’s quite a way from the main Allahabad city, so things are a lot slower and more relaxed here. The road to the Post-Bamaila area can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially after the rains hit UP. We are surrounded by fields mostly. It’s a local operation, and you’ll see plenty of tractors and cycles passing by the gate. The building itself is straightforward and doesn’t have any big signs or bright lights. We just do our work. Being in a rural spot like Pandeypur means we are part of the local life. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We speak the local language and don’t bother with formal business talk. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring farm wander a bit too close to the entrance. It’s just how things are in this part of India. The summer heat in Allahabad is no joke, so we tend to start early in the morning and take it slow during the middle of the day. There is always a jug of water and some glasses on the table for whoever walks in. It’s an honest way to work, and we like being out here away from the noise of the big city. It feels more grounded to be right where the actual work happens every single day with the local people.
