Vibgyor Kids - Navi Mumbai (Kharghar)

We are over at Plot No. 35 in Sector 15, right in the heart of Kharghar. It’s a growing area, so there’s always some construction noise nearby. Our building is bright, and you can see it from the street. Inside, it’s all about the kids. We have rooms filled with toys, blocks, and low tables. It gets loud, as you can imagine with a bunch of little ones running around. The staff is mostly busy keeping everyone on schedule and making sure no one loses a shoe. It’s not a quiet office job; it’s more of a hands-on, everyday kind of work. We have a small play area outside that gets a lot of use when the weather is nice. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how we talk to parents. We just tell them how their kid’s day went and if they ate their lunch. The tiles on the floor have some scuffs, and there’s usually some crayon marks on the walls if you look closely. It’s a real place for real kids. We spend a lot of time organizing art supplies and cleaning up after snack time. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps us all moving. Kharghar is a busy place, but once you step inside, it's just our little corner of the world. We make sure the gates are locked tight during the day so everyone stays safe and sound.
