You can find us at the SAI Swar Co-operative Housing Society in Sector 2 of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are located quite close to the Little World Mall, which is where many people go on the weekends. Since we are inside a housing society building, we have to be careful about keeping things quiet and clean for the residents who live above us. We are a pure vegetarian restaurant, and we have stayed that way since we first started. The restaurant is not very big, but we have enough tables for the families who come in from the nearby buildings. We don't have any corporate backing or fancy designs. The kitchen is the main part of our operation, and it stays busy from morning until late at night. We spend a lot of time prepping the vegetables and making sure everything is ready for the next meal. Kharghar is a very spread-out place, but we have a good number of regulars who live right here in Sector 2. We don't do much in terms of promotion; usually, people just see our sign when they are walking to the mall or coming home. The staff is like a small family, and we just focus on the work at hand. It can be tiring to stand all day, but we are used to it. We just try to provide a simple, reliable place for people to get a meal.
