Aruna Bar And Restaurant

Aruna Bar And Restaurant is located at Sohail Corner in Khopoli. We are right on the Bombay Pune Old Highway, so we see a lot of people who are traveling between the cities. Our place is right opposite the Union Bank, which makes us a good landmark for people passing through. It is a mix of a bar and a dining spot, so the atmosphere changes depending on what time it is. In the afternoons, it is mostly people stopping for a quick lunch to break up their drive. Later on, the local crowd comes in to relax after work. You can hear the sound of glasses clinking and the kitchen staff shouting orders. The highway outside is always loud with trucks and cars, but inside we try to keep things comfortable. We have been here for a while and have seen the road change over the years. The furniture is practical and we don't bother much with expensive decor. We just want people to have a decent meal or a drink before they continue their journey. It is a lot of work managing the bar and the kitchen at the same time. We stay open late into the evening, especially on weekends when the highway is at its busiest. It’s just a regular local spot where anyone is welcome to pull over and take a seat.
