State Kidoos International

New Panvel is growing fast, and State Kidoos International is right in the middle of that growth here in Raigad. We set up this place in a residential part of the area because it is where families are moving to. The building we use is pretty standard for Maharashtra, and we have filled the rooms with bright colors and those foam mats so the kids do not hurt themselves when they play. It is a noisy environment, especially around mid-morning when everyone is wide awake. We do not have a corporate board or a team of consultants telling us how to run things. It is mostly just us, a few teachers, and some helpers who make sure the place stays relatively clean. The humidity in 410201 can be tough, so we make sure the fans are always spinning. Sometimes the gate squeaks or a lightbulb goes out, and we have to fix it ourselves on the weekend. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy brochures or glossy photos. If you walk by, you will see the bags lined up in the hallway and hear the songs coming from the back room. It is a practical, everyday kind of place. We handle the paperwork, talk to the parents at the gate, and try to make sure everything runs on time, though with kids, things rarely go exactly according to plan. That is just life here in Raigad for us.
