It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; we just work from the village area. Most of our day is spent dealing with the actual land and the things we are growing. We are just a few people who have a lot of experience with farming in this specific climate. We don't use any fancy management tools; we just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes we are out in the fields until it gets dark, and other times we are sitting on the porch at H.No.11 trying to fix a piece of equipment that broke down. It’s not a polished business by any means. There are always chores to do and things that need fixing around the farm. We like the quiet life out here and just want to keep doing our work without any extra complications. It’s just honest farming, with all the mud and early mornings that come with it.
