Goldenrecolte Industries Private Limited

We operate out of Sector 36 in Kharghar, specifically in Flat 101 at Valley Shilp. It is a busy part of Navi Mumbai and life moves pretty fast around here. Goldenrecolte Industries Private Limited is our way of trying to build something solid in the agricultural industry from right here in the suburbs. It isn't a traditional office setup. We have desks tucked into corners of the flat and the balcony is where we go when we need to take a break from looking at the computer screens. Since we are in Kharghar, we spend a lot of time on the phone or on the internet trying to bridge the gap between the farms and the city buyers. The apartment complex is quiet, which is good when we are trying to focus on the numbers, but it’s a big change from the actual fields. We handle a lot of the trading and the paperwork side of things. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving papers around, but we know those papers represent real work being done by people we know back home. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the system works. The elevator in the building is often slow, and we are always rushing to meet someone at the gate. It is a different kind of farming business, focused on the processing and the industry side, but we try to keep it simple and straightforward for everyone involved.
