Vaikunthnayak Agro Producer Company Limited

Vaikunthnayak Agro Producer Company Limited is a bit different because we are located in Kharghar, at the Nav Nirman Chs, Room No 302. Being in Sector 11 means we are closer to the town side of things, but our roots are still firmly in the soil. We use this space to manage the business side of the farming collective. It’s a small room, and it gets pretty full when a few of us are in there at the same time. We aren't corporate people in suits; we are just trying to bridge the gap between the farms and the people who need the produce. Dealing with the paperwork in a place like Kharghar is a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the elevators don't work or the traffic is a mess, but we keep at it. We focus on getting things moved from the fields to where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of lists. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come to Plot No 34, you'll just see us working on laptops or talking to transporters. It’s practical work. We’re trying to make sure the farmers we work with get their due. It’s not always easy balancing the city life with the farm needs, but we do our best with what we have in this small office, taking one day at a time.
