Kaapshi Agro Producer Company Limited is located at the Kapileshwar Apartment in Ranpise Nagar. Manohar Ambadas Chaturkar is the one we usually coordinate with there. It’s a bit different being in an apartment building rather than out in the middle of a field, but it works for the administrative side of things. Much of our time is spent traveling between the office and the actual farms where the real work happens. Our group is made up of local producers who were tired of the old way of doing things. Polished sales pitches or expensive brochures aren't part of what we do. We just talk to each other and figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes it’s stressful when the market prices drop, but having this company helps us stay a bit more stable. A lot of phone calls and ledger books keep us busy. We’re just normal people trying to make a living from the land. Big words aren't used to describe our tasks. It’s just farming and selling. Ranpise Nagar is a decent place to be based, and it keeps us close enough to the town's resources. By working together like this, we can keep the local agricultural community strong without too much outside interference.
