We are based in a village called Mhasla Bk, which is part of the Sillod area. Our company, Goradekranti Agro Producer Company, is registered at House Number 145, care of Datthu Moroti. It’s a humble place, just a regular house in the village where we handle our business. Sillod is known for its agriculture, and we are right in the middle of it. We are a group of local producers who wanted to have a bit more say in how our products are handled. Most of us have been farming for years, so this isn't anything new to us. We just added the company name to make things official. You won’t find any receptionists or lobby here. It’s usually just a few of us sitting around a table with some registers and pens. We talk about the seeds, the rain, and where we can send the produce this year. It’s very direct and there are no layers of management to go through. If someone has an issue, they just come to the house and we talk it out. That is how things work in Mhasla Bk. We are proud of what we grow and we just want to keep things moving forward for the families in our area. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the quality of our work and the word of mouth from our neighbors.
