Bappashree Farmer Producer Company is located at House Number 143/3008 in Maliwada, Pathri. We’re a small group of locals who decided that farming shouldn’t be a lonely job. Pathri is where we live and where we work. We started this company because we wanted a place where we could organize our produce and help each other out with the costs of farming. It's not a big fancy office; it's just a spot where we meet and talk about the crops. We handle things like buying fertilizers together or finding a truck to take our stuff to the market. It’s very basic, really. We don’t have any marketing people or anyone to write nice speeches. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork which isn't our favorite thing, but it's necessary. We are all just neighbors here in Maliwada. Our goal is just to keep our farms running and make sure we don't get a bad deal when it's time to sell. It's a lot of sweat and long hours, but that's what we know. We just take things one day at a time. If someone’s crop is failing, we try to see how the group can help out. It's not always easy, but it's the right way to do things in a small place like this. We are just here for the work.
