Amrutsiddhi Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Sr No. 62 in Mukateroha, which is in the Raigarh district. If you’ve ever been to this part of Raigarh, you know it’s a lot different from the big city. We are surrounded by greenery and the air is different here. We operate out of a simple building on our land. There’s no air conditioning or fancy chairs, just some wooden benches and a lot of work to do. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources. The rain in Raigarh is heavy, and the soil can get very wet, so we have to be careful about what we plant and when. We don’t have a marketing team or any corporate slogans. We just talk about what’s happening in the fields today and what we need to do for tomorrow. Sometimes we sit around and worry about the prices, and other times we are just happy to see the crops growing well. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands show it. We handle everything from getting the right fertilizers to finding a way to get our produce to the markets in the bigger towns. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we’ve always done. We are just trying to make it a bit more stable by working as a company. It’s just us, doing our best with what we have in Mukateroha. It's a good way to stay connected to the land.
