Nevand Bai Agro Estates Private Limited is based out of Raebareli. If you know the area, you probably know Kutchery Road. It gets pretty crowded during the day with all the traffic and people going about their business. Our office is tucked away in Anand Enclave, specifically on the first floor in a Flat Type C setup. It’s right near the Bank of Baroda, which makes it easy to explain to people when they are trying to find us for the first time. We spend most of our time here dealing with agro estates and the paperwork that comes with it. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where work happens. Most mornings, the stairs are a bit dusty from the road outside, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we get things done regardless. Being in Uttar Pradesh, the weather gets quite hot in the summers, so the office is a bit of a relief from the sun. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us here in Raebareli, keeping things moving day by day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but that is just part of living and working in this part of town. We’ve been here at this address for a while now, and people in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s a practical space for what we do.
