Shree Chitteshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in village Jogapur, Lalganj. You’ll find us at Ram Sakhi’s place. Raebareli is our home, and 229211 is where we do most of our work. We aren't a big business with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We are just a collection of local farmers trying to make sense of the market. Farming is tough, and it feels like every year there’s a new challenge, whether it’s the rain not coming at the right time or the prices dropping unexpectedly. By being a producer company, we can at least talk through these things together. It’s a very informal setup. You won't find any glass buildings or air-conditioned offices here. Usually, there’s a few of us sitting under a tree or in a small room discussing the next planting season. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure we can sell what we grow for a decent price. It involves a lot of paperwork that none of us really likes doing, but we get it done. The village life is quiet most of the time, but we stay busy with the land. It’s just us, the soil, and the daily grind of trying to keep things moving forward. We don't pretend to be more than we are, just people doing the work as best as we can.
