Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited

Our spot is over in Old Sangvi, specifically at House Number 49/1/252/9 in Sangamanagar. It’s right near the National School, so we hear the kids playing during recess. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a name like Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, but this is where we handle our local operations in Pune. It feels more like a house than a corporate building, which actually makes it a bit more relaxed to work in. We don’t have big signs or a front desk with a receptionist. It’s just us inside, sitting at our desks and getting through the daily tasks related to the entertainment business. The neighborhood is pretty residential, so it’s quiet most of the time. We have our regulars who drop by, and the staff is mostly from the Pune area. We deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. It’s not all glamour and lights; it’s mostly spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late to get things sorted for a project, and we just order some food from the place around the corner. We like being in Old Sangvi because it’s a bit more grounded. You don’t feel like you’re stuck in a cubicle all day. It’s just a normal place where we do our work and try to stay organized. It is a simple way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far.
