Vyankatesh Dehydrated Foods is located over at Nanded Phata on Singhgad Road. It’s a busy area, especially with all the traffic coming through. We spend our days working with different kinds of dried food products. The process takes time, so there’s a lot of waiting and watching the equipment. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The facility isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. You can usually tell we’re here by the way the air smells. We’ve been based on Singhgad Road for quite a while now. Most of the staff comes from the nearby areas, so we have a local feel. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us making sure the drying process is done right. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them ourselves. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. We just focus on the production side. If the quality is okay, then the rest usually takes care of itself. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a simple life at Vyankatesh Dehydrated Foods. We come in, do the work, and head back home. That’s about it for us. It’s just how we run things.
