S- India Machines

Our workshop is located in the Mahalaxmi Industrial Estate, specifically at Gat No. 1403. We are right on the Jyotibanagar-Chikhali Road, which can get quite congested with all the trucks and local traffic. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s a lot of noise and activity from the neighboring units. Inside our space, we have different machines set up for various production tasks. It’s not a very quiet or clean environment, but that’s because we are actually making things here. There are piles of metal scraps in some corners and rows of finished parts in others. Most of us who work here live nearby in Sonawane Vasti or around Chikhali, so it’s a local crowd. We spend the day adjusting settings on the lathes or checking the output of the milling machines. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone by name and we just get the work done as it comes in. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find us because they need specific machine work done and they know we are here in the estate. It’s just regular daily labor, making sure the machines are calibrated and the orders are met before the day ends. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the shop running and trying to stay on top of the schedule every week. It gets hot in the summer but we keep the fans going.
