Victorious Kidss Educares

Out in Kharadi, just off Shreeram Society on Nagar Road, you'll find where we work. Victorious Kidss Educares is spread out over a few survey numbers, so there’s a bit of room for everyone. It’s a busy part of Pune, but once you get inside the gates, things feel a little more settled. We spend our days dealing with students and teachers, trying to keep everything running without too many hiccups. Education is a lot of work, and it’s not just about the books. We have to manage the schedules, the building maintenance, and all the little things that parents worry about. The staff room is usually where the real planning happens over some tea. We don't really go for the corporate look. You’ll see us running around in comfortable shoes because there’s a lot of ground to cover. Sometimes the traffic on Nagar Road makes people late, which can be a headache, but we just deal with it. We’ve been here for a good while and have watched the whole Kharadi area change around us. There are so many more buildings now than when we started. We just stick to what we know, which is helping kids figure out their lessons and grow up a bit. It’s a long day, starting early and often finishing late when the sun is already going down. It is tiring but satisfying to see the progress. But it's what we do here in our corner of the city.
