Our place is over in Yerwada at number 14. This business is mostly about lugging heavy poles and folding up huge pieces of cloth. Most days involve loading the truck and heading out to someone’s backyard or a community hall. It’s physical work, and we usually end up covered in dust by the end of the day. My crew and I have been doing this for a long time, so we can set up a basic tent pretty fast now. We’ve seen all kinds of events, from happy celebrations to somber gatherings. The equipment gets worn out, so we spend a lot of time mending tears in the fabric or painting the metal frames so they don't look too old. Yerwada is a busy area, and we know most of the people around here. They just stop by the shop when they have a function coming up. We don't have a website or anything; people usually just find us because they saw our work at a neighbor's house. It’s a straightforward job—we bring the stuff, set it up, and take it down when the party is over. It’s not always easy, especially when it’s hot outside, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We're just a small local team making things work.
