Our business is located in the C Building of Ganesh Garden over in Dapodi. It’s a familiar landmark for people in this part of town. We’ve set up our kitchen and storage there to handle all the catering jobs that come our way. Most of the time, the place is a hive of activity with people coming in and out. We don’t have a big fancy setup; it’s more about having the right tools for the job. We spend a lot of our time making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the next day. Being in Dapodi means we are close to a lot of our regular customers, which makes things easier for delivery. We aren't a corporate giant with a million rules. We just work together as a team to get the orders finished on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a stove acting up or a delivery being late because of the Dapodi traffic, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing or anything. We just hope that if we do a decent job, people will tell their friends. The kitchen can get pretty hot during the summer months, but that's just part of the work we chose years ago. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for our neighbors and local businesses. It’s hard work, but we keep at it every day because we like to be busy.
