We are based in Kothrud, specifically at 84/165 Lalbaug near the Maruti Temple. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of town, so people usually find us without any trouble. We work on various engineering and contracting jobs. This means we are often out on different sites looking at drawings or managing the workers on the ground. It’s a lot of coordination every single day. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we know the local ways and how things get built around here. Our office is quite simple, mostly just a place to keep the plans and meet with clients when we aren't on site. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past and the word of mouth. Kothrud is growing very fast, so there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We take on various projects, some are big and some are very small. We have a regular crew of masons and laborers we have worked with for years. It's about getting the levels right and making sure the structure is solid enough. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure things are moving along as they should. It gets very dusty and hot out there, but that's construction for you. We just try to keep things moving so the project gets finished on time and the work is done properly.
