Eric Structures & Infrastructure Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is located at B/34 in Renuka Nagari. We are right on the Pune Satara Road in the Dhankawadi area. It’s a decent spot in Pune, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is part of a residential-cum-commercial complex. It’s not a huge skyscraper; it’s just a comfortable space where we do our consulting work. We mostly deal with structural stuff and infrastructure planning. The team is pretty small, just a few engineers and some support staff. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and doing structural math. It’s quiet enough that we can actually get things done without too much noise from the main road. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People in Pune usually find us through referrals or because they’ve seen our work on other local projects. We keep it pretty simple. We show up in the morning, look at the projects on the table, and try to solve whatever problems have come up. There isn’t a lot of management layers here. You just talk to whoever is available at the desk. We’ve seen Pune grow a lot from this office. It’s a good place to work, and we’re happy with how things are going. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the structures are solid. That’s about it for us. We're just a small group doing our part for the city’s buildings.
