Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd operates out of Nancy Lake Home in Katraj, Pune. Our office is in unit 1104/F, and being near the lake gives us a bit of a view when we actually have time to look out the window. Katraj is a part of Pune that has grown a lot, and being in a residential complex like Nancy Lake Home means we are right in the middle of it all. We deal with a lot of infrastructure projects, so the office is usually a mess of site reports, safety gear, and lunch boxes. We have a small team here that manages the local logistics and the engineering side of things. The 411048 area is quite convenient for us, even if the commute through Pune traffic can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. Inside the office, it is all about the work. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and see everyone at their computers. We use every square inch of the place to keep the projects moving forward. Sometimes we have to spread out large maps on the floor because the desks aren't big enough. It is a very hands-on way of working. We prefer it this way because it feels more real than sitting in a glass box somewhere else. We are just a group of engineers and planners trying to get things built the right way.
