My name is Mahajan and this is where we run the contracting business in Chinchwad. We are located over at Vidyashri in Sambhaji Nagar, specifically at RH 61. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main construction sites we are usually at during the day. As engineers and contractors, our time is mostly split between this office and various project locations around Pune. We deal with a lot of labor issues, material deliveries, and checking on the progress of builds. It's dusty work and often tiring, but it’s what we do. The office at Vidyashri is where the planning happens. We keep our blueprints there and handle the billing. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure things get built the way they’re supposed to. We’ve seen Pune change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just try to keep up with our own commitments. Sometimes things run behind schedule because of the rain or some other delay, but we always find a way to finish the job. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually out on a site, but the office is the home base. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just hear about us through friends or other builders. We've been in the game long enough to know how to handle the local challenges without making a big fuss about things.
