We are located over in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. Our office is inside Valentina Society, specifically at number 322/9. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, even though Pune 411-001 can get busy during the weekdays. H.H.Rupani Engineers And Contractors has been operating from this spot for some time. We deal with engineering and contracting work, keeping our heads down and getting through the pile of drawings and contracts on the table. It’s a small team here, and we like it that way. You won’t find any shiny brochures or fancy receptionists in our office. Just us at our desks, probably drinking too much tea and looking at site plans. Being in Valentina Society means we have a nice local feel to the place. We know the neighbors and they know us. The work keeps us on our toes, whether it's planning out a new job or checking on a site. We don’t really spend time on big speeches or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just local engineers and contractors making a living in Koregaon Park. If the gate is open, we’re usually inside working on something. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We’ve been in this part of town long enough to see things change around us, but we stay the same. It is just a normal office for normal work.
