L B Kunjir Engineers & Contractors

L B Kunjir Engineers & Contractors is based over in Kalyani Nagar. We’re in the Pelican Building, which is part of that K Rahejawoods area. Specifically, you can find us in the B Wing at Plot B107. It's a decent spot to work from, even if the traffic in this part of town gets a bit heavy during the afternoon. We spend most of our time dealing with blueprints and site visits, so the office is often half-empty or filled with gear. It's not a showroom. It’s a place where we plan out projects and talk to the crew. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which usually causes a bit of a stir among the guys. We’ve been at this for a while now. Engineering and contracting isn't always clean work, so we tend to bring a bit of the job site back with us. We know most of the other businesses in the building. It’s a pretty standard professional space, but we keep it informal inside. We aren't big on wearing suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it's just jeans and boots. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of the city. It’s convenient for getting out to the different sites we manage. The rent keeps going up, but we like the location too much to move right now. It's home.
