Our setup is located in Mukund Nagar, specifically at D/703 in the Navad Chand Chawl on Churi Wadi. It is a residential area, so it feels very different from a commercial market. We operate out of a small space where we prepare various food items. There is always the sound of stoves clicking and pots clanking around. Since we are in a chawl, the space is tight and we have to stay very organized to get everything done. We start our cooking early in the morning so everything is ready for the day's orders. Sometimes the smells from our kitchen travel through the whole building. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in when there’s a lot of work to do. We don’t have a shopfront with a big sign; it’s more of a home-based operation where people know where to find us. Navad Chand Chawl has been our base for a while, and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We handle a lot of deliveries and local orders from people nearby in Mukund Nagar. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and stirring and packing boxes by hand. We aren’t a big factory or a restaurant chain. We are just V G N Foods, working from our small corner in Churi Wadi to make sure the food is ready on time for everyone.
