Mohika Food & Snacks

We run Mohika Food & Snacks right out of our place in DSK Vishwa, Dhayari. Specifically, we are in Rohini H 303. It is a residential area, so it’s not like a big storefront on a main road. We started doing this because we liked making snacks and food for the people around here. Dhayari is a nice part of town, even if it feels a bit tucked away sometimes. Being in a building like Rohini means we mostly deal with neighbors and people who hear about us through word of mouth. Our kitchen isn't huge, but it gets the job done for the snacks we make. We spend a lot of our mornings getting everything prepped. It can get a bit tight in the kitchen when we have a lot of orders, but we have figured out a system that works. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big staff. It is mostly just us doing the cooking and the packing. People usually just come by the flat to pick things up or we figure out a way to get it to them. It is a very local way of doing things. We like being part of the DSK Vishwa community. It is quiet most of the time, which is good for focusing on the food. We don't have a flashy website or any of that. We just focus on making sure the snacks are right for whoever ordered them that day.
