Our office is on the ground floor of Prestige Plaza 1, which is at Plot No. 17 in Akurdi. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Formica Company, which most people in the area know. We’ve been in this part of Akurdi for a bit now, working out of Survey No. 45/2B. It’s a decent-sized space but it’s always full of refrigeration parts and units that need attention. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier to move the heavy stuff in and out without having to deal with elevators or stairs. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings or out in the workshop area. It’s a professional enough environment, but it’s definitely a place where real work gets done. You’ll see tools lying around and maybe some oil on the floor here and there. We don't really have a lobby for people to sit in. Usually, customers just come straight to the back where we are working. The area around Prestige Plaza is quite industrial and busy, which suits us just fine. We have a routine of checking the logs in the morning and then getting straight to the repairs or the installations. It’s not a glamorous job, but we've been doing it long enough to know our way around a cooling system. We just keep at it and see what the next day brings.
