Ultimate Events

Our place is tucked away in Sudendhu Nagar, near Damodhar Raj Park in Chinchwad. Specifically, we are at Survey No 6. If you come by Ultimate Events, you will likely see us loading or unloading a truck. We spend a lot of time outdoors, setting up stages or putting up tents for different local gatherings. The warehouse is not anything special to look at, just a big space to keep our equipment dry and safe. Being near the park is nice, though we do not get much time to sit in it. Most of our work happens on weekends or late at night when events are ending. It is physical work, moving heavy poles and boxes of cables. We have been in Chinchwad for quite some time and we have gotten to know the layout of most of the venues around here. We do not use much in the way of high-tech marketing. Our reputation comes from just showing up and getting the job done without a lot of fuss. Sometimes it rains and we are scrambling to keep things dry, or it is incredibly hot and we are just trying to stay hydrated. It is not always a smooth ride, but we have got a good system down by now. We have a lot of respect for the folks at Damodhar Raj Park because they keep the area looking nice. Our storage unit is packed to the ceiling.
