Ubics Inc

Up on the 4Th Flr. of the Primros building, things stay pretty busy for most of the day. We are located in Baner, right near The Mall, which means there is always something going on outside our windows. If you look down, you can see the traffic on the main road and people heading into the shops. Ubics Inc is just one of many offices in this part of town, but we have made our space comfortable enough. It is mostly just rows of computers and people sitting in chairs with their headphones on. The elevator in this building is sometimes a bit slow, so a lot of us end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The lighting is that standard office white, and the carpet has a few stains here and there from spilled coffee over the years. Baner is a fast-growing area, so there is always construction noise nearby or a new cafe opening up down the street. We do not have any fancy statues or a giant lobby; it is just a functional workspace where we get our tasks done. Most evenings, we are just finishing up and watching the sun go down over the roofs of the other buildings in the complex before heading home to beat the worst of the Pune traffic. It is just a regular job in a regular part of the city.
