Our setup is at Ashirwad Niwas in Dongargoan. It’s part of the Perne post in Haveli taluka. It’s much quieter out here than in the city, which is how we like it. The air is clear and you can see the fields from the windows. Trimurti Corns is basically run out of the family home area. We deal with corn all day long. Sometimes it’s drying out in the sun, and other times we’re processing it to move it along. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting sacks and checking the kernels. My father started this, and now we all just pitch in. The house is always busy with people coming by to talk about the crop or the prices. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. If you want to find us, you just come to Dongargoan and ask for the Niwas. The dogs bark when a vehicle pulls up, which is our only alarm system. It’s a simple life, tied to the seasons and the harvest. When the rain comes, everything slows down, and we just sit on the porch and wait it out. It’s not a fancy business, just honest work with what the land gives us. There are piles of corn everywhere during the peak months, and the whole family ends up with dust in their hair. It is just the way we have always done things around here.
