Total Sport Management

Total Sport Management is located in Erandwane, at Shrinivas Apartments. We are in Survey Number 10, Office Number 502. It is a residential-cum-commercial building in Patwardhan Baug. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees around the colony. The office itself is quite small. We have a few laptops and a lot of files related to sports events and management. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just us sitting around talking about matches or logistics. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, coordinating with people across the city. Patwardhan Baug is a nice, green part of Erandwane, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have been working from this apartment for a while now. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. There is always a cricket match on the small TV in the corner if something is playing. We are just a bunch of people who like sports and found a way to work in the field. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do for the next event. It is a simple, straightforward operation here in Shrinivas Apartments. We are just trying to manage things well and keep the sports scene moving. It is a lot of coordination, but we enjoy being part of the game.
