Thinking Cap

Thinking Cap is located at Green Acres, specifically Rw 6, on Salunke Vihar Road in Kondhwa. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice for a change. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The space is part of a residential-style area, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate office. It feels more like a place where you can actually get things done without too many distractions. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day just working through our lists. Salunke Vihar Road is a busy enough street, but once you’re inside Green Acres, it gets a lot quieter. We don't have a big team or a lot of fancy equipment. It’s just a straightforward setup that works for what we do. People sometimes find the address a bit confusing the first time, but once you see the Green Acres sign, it’s easy enough. We don’t spend our time writing big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, put on our thinking caps—so to speak—and do the work that needs doing. Some days are more productive than others, and sometimes we just spend the afternoon organizing the shelves. It’s a simple way of life here in Kondhwa, and we’re quite happy with the way things are going at our own pace. We just focus on the task at hand and don't worry about the rest too much.
