Maple Foods

We are located at 20/1 Dange Chowk in Chinchwad. We are right near the Rosewood Restaurant, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. Dange Chowk is always buzzing with traffic and people moving about. Our place usually smells like whatever we are prepping that day. It is a lot of work in the kitchen, and it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We do not have a corporate chef or anything like that. We just make food the way we know how. The staff is small, and we all pitch in with everything, from cleaning to cooking to taking orders. Sometimes the rush is a bit overwhelming, especially during the lunch hours. You can hear the noise from the street outside all day long. We have been at this spot for a while and have seen the shops around us change. We keep things pretty basic. There are no fancy menus with names you cannot pronounce. We just focus on getting the food out fresh to whoever comes in. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there is always a stack of crates somewhere near the back. We do not spend money on fancy ads. People come in because they are hungry and they are nearby. We know most of the regular delivery drivers who stop by. It is a busy life, but it keeps us moving every day. (249 words)
