Our business is based at number 71 in Tulshibagwale Colony. This is over in Sahakar Nagar No 2, in Pune. It is a residential area, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We operate out of this house-like setting, which makes the work feel a bit more personal and less like a factory. We are a food company. We do not have a big corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. The neighbors know we are here, and they are mostly used to the delivery vans coming and going. We do not put on any airs or act like we are a big deal. We just focus on getting the food right every single day. Some days it is quiet and we can get through the paperwork without any interruptions. Other days are a complete scramble to get everything packed and out the door. It is a local business through and through. We like the trees in the colony and the slightly slower pace of life here. It is a good spot to build something with your own hands. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area testing things out and checking our supplies.
