We operate out of Hari Smruti Apartments in Erandwane. If you go to the 3rd Main and 2nd Cross in B H C S Layout D 6, you’ll find us tucked away behind the IDBI Bank. It’s a fairly quiet residential-style area for an office. Synthesis Events & Hospitality Pvt Ltd sounds like a big name, but we’re just a small group of people working out of a few rooms. We deal with events and making sure guests have what they need. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or sitting at desks planning things out. It’s not always glamorous. There are a lot of spreadsheets and checklists involved. We try to keep things simple. When we have people over to the office, we usually just sit around the big table and talk. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. We’ve been in Erandwane for a while. It’s a good location because it’s central. We can get to most parts of the city pretty easily from here. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the events we work on go okay. It’s just regular work for us. We show up, do what needs doing, and go home. We like the balance of being in a quiet neighborhood while working on big projects.
