We've been here at D-108 in the Midc Ranjangaon area for a while now. It's out in Shirur, so the drive can be a bit much sometimes depending on how the traffic is moving on the main road. Most days start pretty early here because the sun gets real hot by noon on the shop floor and the fans only do so much. We do the production work and there is always some kind of equipment moving around. It’s a large space, not much to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial building really. The team comes in, gets to work on the crystal pieces, and we stay busy until the evening shift takes over. Sometimes the logistics trucks get backed up at the gate, which is a bit of a headache for everyone involved. You see the same faces every day, just people trying to keep things running right without too much trouble. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything like that, just basic benches and the machines. Most of us eat lunch together in the canteen when we get a break. It's a regular workplace with a lot of noise from the equipment. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the Talika section of the park. We keep the floor clean as much as possible, though dust finds its way in somehow. That's just how it is working in a place like this. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
